How a 13 year old can loose belly fat?
Hi !
I’m a 13 year old girl and i’m only 5′ tall. I weigh about 99 pounds, and i’m by no means obese or anything, but I do have a little belly fat that I’d like to get rid of. The only thing that I don’t like to do is run, so are there any other effecient ways to loose belly fat quickly? thanks ! (:

running or swimming, sorry to break it to ya, also you need to have more diet (NOT CUT OUT MEALS) just less and around or under the 2000 calorie diet. Its not terrible, the more you run, the easier it gets. same goes with anything.
Look up 8 minute abs on Google. Do that once a day every day for 6 weeks.
you really cant target your fat you just need to workout your whole body like running or cardio or something and get those ab workouts in dont forget. lean and mean and tight and right!
Cut down on sugar (soda, candy, cookies etc.) and do ab workouts every day, like crunches, sit ups and lower ab exercises
eat salad if you dont like it force yourself to eat it for a few days then your going to like it. also do cruches and try dancing more that help swimming and playing the nintendo wii also help
Hi! I’m 176.5cm tall and I weigh about 70kg and I have a little bit of belly fat, too. My BMI is 22.4, yours is 19.3 and 25 is supposed to be normal.
