does anybody have any good ways to loose belly fat fast.?
im a freshman and i weigh 130, im 5’7” and i want to at least weigh 120, does anybody have any good and easy workouts and diet plans that could help me loose belly fat within a week or two.? i would much appreciate it.

Low heart-rate cardio.. So you’re moving your body – your heart rate goes up, but not so fast that you run out of breath.. because your body needs oxygen to metabolize fat (to burn it). So go for fast walks for 45 minutes, 3 or 4 times a week… That’ll help burn fat in general.
Eat properly (meaning, nutrition only- don’t eat stuff that your body doesn’t use for fuel) (no chips, no pop, no candy) Lots of vegetables and whole grains. Manage your portions (generally we eat WAY more than we need- eat smaller meals, regularly (3X a day)
Sit ups and crunches will firm up your stomache muscles, pulling your tummy in tighter.
Walk fast for 45 minutes, 4 times a week, watch what you eat, and follow your walks with some crunches.. If you’re religious about it, you’ll lose that weight in a month.
Good luck! don’t buy into ‘fad’ diets, don’t buy suppliments. Protien is a good thing to have, but don’t go with too many gimmicks. Weight loss is earned by eating fewer calories than you are burning off, while fueling your body with food energy to do the work it takes to burn it off.

You are already at a good weight! all you need is toning! try some jackknives!
This is what you do: lie on the floor with your arms outstretched above your head and legs slightly bent. lift your arms and legs to touch each other using your ab muscles.
i did this and it helped a lot! do 3 sets of 30!
