If I had some loos skin on tummy and arms after an 80 pound weight loss, how long should I give it to firm up? Im young, 23 years old, but will the skin tighten with exercise or stay flabby?

Which weight loss pills can you find in stores that actually work really well? also do pills like 5htp and ephedrine help lose wait as fast as other weight loss pills.

I am 5′ 5" tall, weight 188lbs, and need to loose 35lbs for a cage fight! I will get murdered in my heavy weight class now, so need to loose a bunch! And gain stamina! And the workouts need to be based around fighting!

I have my own exercise program but I would like to add a diet to it. Please do not give me any lectures about the importance of slow weight loss and proper nutrition. I simply want a quick fad diet that is cheap. Thank you!

I have been on a strict weight loss program. I eat generally healthy and go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week and about three times with a personal trainer.
However, soon I am planning on getting into birth control pills. I have been told that your hormones go crazy with the pills… Would this affect my weight loss? I know it reacts differently with each woman… but what are the possibilities?

I have been working on losing weight to become healthy. I have started a very nice exercise and diet plan (i.e. lifestyle change). I have lost 20 pounds so far. However, I would like to speed that process up or at least give it a push, especially with the holidays coming around. I’ve been trying to lose weight recently. I’ve been really healthy, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and doing excercise, but my weight never goes down it just stays the same. So i considered weight loss pills. Is it true that after you stop taking them you’ll put on weight like crazy? Are they bad for you? I just want to know if its true that you gain weight when you stop taking them, as i dont want to be taking them for the rest of my life. Any info on this would be great. Thanks!

If I exercise more calories than I eat, would I loose weight even though I do not sweat much? I was told that the only way for your body to loose weight is to sweat it off but if you consume less calories than you use, wouldn’t you still loose weight? I am trying to limit my calorie intake. I really want to loose 30 pounds. I want to be fitter by August. But I don’t know if that is possible. I would like to loose 60 pounds to reach my goal weight, but I know that is DEF not possible by August LOL
