I am 15 and I want to loose weight in my stomach and thighs. I am 5’8 and about 173 lbs. I eat a lot of fruit and vegtables and also drink a lot of water, Liptons green tea and cranberry juice. Am I over weight. I want to loose about 20lbs. What are some exercises that I can do?
I would do squats but I don’t know how to do them correctly.
I don’t want to hear anything about calories because I don’t know anything about counting calories. Nor do I want to hear somthing about crunches or sit ups because they dont help. And walking has just made my calves big.
I already eat salads and what I meant to say was that running made my calves big.

I was wondering if anyone knew what an average weight loss per week is. I started eating healthy last week at around 1200 calories *because I wasn’t yet working out* and lost 4 pounds.
