I see all of these weight loss challenges scattered throughout the internet, but they usually only have a start and end date with no rules. Are you supposed to come up with an individual plan and then join the challenge for however long it lasts for? What is a challenge?!

I have hypothyroidism and type 2 diabetes and I look at food and gain weight. My whole family is over weight and have the same medical issues, so if that and my meds maker gain weIght how do I loose it?

I really want to loose weight. My problem is that i run cross country and i’ve noticed that when i run i crave unhealty food and start to over eat with snacks and sweets. Every season i end up ganing weight from eating more food and the running doesn’t help me loose anything. What do i do?

Im very over weight , Obease actully , But im starting my weight loss journey and i know exersize and eating healthy is the only way to go. But im thinking about using pro clinical hydroxy cut ALONG with exersize and eating right just to boost my weight loss beacuse i have my grad comming up in june.Im not asking for any cristism about diet pills , i know they are harmful but will this help me at all?

I am 20 years old. 5’1 and 122 lbs. I have recently gained this weight. I used to be around 105lbs. I am planning to go on a juice diet as well as an exercise plan put to speed up this process. I want to substitute a weight loss product or a fat burner…hydroxy cut… I want to get back to my old weight this month. Please tell me what will be the best product for my plan.

I have been using the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program.
I have lost nearly 50lbs.
I have the weight LOSS system down.
I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back.
I have just started going to the gym.
I will be starting up my Bikram Yoga again soon as well.
Anything further would be appreciated.

I am a female vegan, 5’7 and 135 pounds. I am not overweight, but I would like to lose about 5 pounds, maybe a little more. I need a good balanced diet plan or at least some meal suggestions. I’m trying to find a weight loss program to suit me. I did weight watchers for a long time and I’m just finding it difficult to continue that program. I do want a program though because I feel like I need the structure of it. Any ideas about programs that work for the long run?

I’m starting my weight loss plan and of course, I would like to know how much weight did I lose after 2 weeks and how my body changed. But I don’t know what to measure(legs and arms probably) except my weight. I heard that you need to measure your neck too. Is this true and If it is, why? And when do I need to measure myself? 1 week, 2 weeks, …? And is there anything else I need to know about measuring?

I am currently trying to lose weight and I was wondering what foods can and will help me with weight loss. I I am trying to lose weight I gained from an injury I am still suffering from.
