I want to lose a few pounds, and I’ve heard a lot about how caffeine pills make it easier to do so. However, I’ve been researching, and it seems they can become dangerous. I was wondering how to use them specifically for weight loss (I understand that having more energy is unavoidable, but that’s okay), but to do so safely. I’d love to hear firsthand stories.

When would someone notice weight loss in a person with beginning anorexia?
This question is pretty straightforward.. NO I do not have anorexia, nor do I plan on getting it. I’m just curious when the weight loss is noticeable. Anyone with/had anorexia or observed it in a family member, would you please answer this?

There is a clinic called achieve medical weight loss here in my town, but I couldn’t find any place that listed any estimates. Can anyone who knows, or who has done it before tell me? Was it overly expensive, and was it worth it?

I wish to begin a small weight loss support group for women. However, I don’t have many female friends who wish or need to lose weight. I’m not in a very nice community sharing area so I can’t do it that way either. My ideas are great but it’s actually starting off that is an issue.

Hello everyone, I am a 20 year old 180lb female in search of a weight loss plan. I mean I have a general idea of what to do but I really would like to get better advice from someone who has loss about 10-15lbs over the course of a month, 6 weeks max. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Please include the amount of water intake, foods u consumed and workouts done. I have access to a track, treadmill, eliptical, small weight sets and an exercise ball.

I just don’t understand how its possible for me to lose weight on my 1700 calorie a day diet if I can’t accomplish to burn as much calories on my workouts. I just had a baby and I wore a size 13 jean before I got prego.

I keep hearing that not getting enough sleep affects weight loss, but is it because it just makes you hungrier, or is there some chemical thing that actually makes it difficult to lose weight, no matter how little you eat?
For example, if I ate the same amount of calories on 5 hours of sleep a night that I did on 8 hours a night, would I still lose weight either way?
