i’m in teen yrs and only wanna lose a few. so i was wondering if theres some kind of plan that you can do without changing your diet to much.
note: i’m trying to be a vegetarian as well. so answers not including meat would be great. thnx

 

Is this a healthy, weight loss efficient meal?

Okay, I grilled chicken on the George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Machine thingy.. I didn’t put anything on it other than lemon pepper… For a side, I had frozen corn with nothing on it.
And for a drink I had an almost full cup of chocolate milk..
Is this something that is not only healthy but will help me lose weight, if I made a habit out of eating it?

 

I have about 15-20 lbs I would like to lose. I’m not looking to "diet," but rather just change my eating habits completely.

 

Any suggestion of some easy to prepare weight loss recipes for my thanksgiving holidays??

 

Does anyone have any success stories about what worked for them? I am very serious about being healthy and am not sure how to go about it. There are so many choices out there! Ladies…I need help!

Is this a healthy weight loss method?

I am 5’3”, 165 pounds, and I want to get down to approximately 130 pounds by July. So I calculated my BMR to be about 1780 calories, and I am eating about 800-1200 calories a day. I work out approximately 3 times a week, and over the course of two weeks, my average number of net calories has been -800 calories. Is this calorie deficit good and healthy? I know I should work out more, but its difficult to find time between college classes, exams, and now finals.

 

Hi! My doctor said I’m close to being at risk of being overweight. I’m 13 years old and I am 5 foot 4 inches tall. I’m not really fat but I’ could be skinnier so I just started at about 137 pounds. I am getting back on the horse after a horrific health ordeal that I went through recently that really opened my eyes to our health in general. I am only 23 and really need to exercise more. I am not overweight, but have shortness of breath and occasionally a pain in my abdomen which is do to a slightly fatty liver. What can I do to get me goin in the morning and get de-fatitize myself? LOL

 

at the moment i am 5’8 and 140 pounds. and am completely unhappy with that. so i want to get in shape before high school, reinvent myself.

4 week ago I was 159 pounds. Today I’m 147 pounds. I’m female, 16, 5’10” my bmi is about 21 which is normal. I feel like I’m losing weight too fast and 4 weeks ago, I was still at a healthy weight now I’m getting close to underweight since I’m tall with a wide frame.
Is this a normal weight loss? How Can I keep the weight off and maintain?
