Okay, I grilled chicken on the George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Machine thingy.. I didn’t put anything on it other than lemon pepper… For a side, I had frozen corn with nothing on it.

I am 5’3”, 165 pounds, and I want to get down to approximately 130 pounds by July. So I calculated my BMR to be about 1780 calories, and I am eating about 800-1200 calories a day. I work out approximately 3 times a week, and over the course of two weeks, my average number of net calories has been -800 calories. Is this calorie deficit good and healthy? I know I should work out more, but its difficult to find time between college classes, exams, and now finals.

I am getting back on the horse after a horrific health ordeal that I went through recently that really opened my eyes to our health in general. I am only 23 and really need to exercise more.
