Can I loose weight with walking everyday for 30 minutes a day?
Can I loose weight if I walk 30 minutes a day? If so, how much weight could someone lose in 3months if walking every single day for 30 minutes?

I walked around the block everyday for about 4 months which took me 35 Min’s each day (admittedly there was a 15min section that was a fairly steep hill that i had to walk up), but yes i lost about 30 pounds in those 4 months doing that. I did change my diet BUT not by much, just less biscuits etc nad more fruit and stuff.
P.S you still have to walk at a fast pace, good luck.
you’d have to change your diet as well.
u sure can and just for my estimation you can loose idk about at least 4, 5, 6, or maby even 7 pounds
That’s a good start, a good companion to that is to start by cutting all the junk out of your diet, soda, candy, excessive pasta, things like that.
YES!! Although, you would need to have a healthy diet, almost 80% of your weight loss comes from what you eat. By eating small healthy meals throughout the day you can increase your calories burned per day and intake less calories. (remember you need to burn 3,500 calories to lose one pound, either you can walk for 30 mins and lose 100 calories or you can eat 100 less calories a day while maintaining a healthy diet).
30 min a day is a good way to start to gain some more energy and fresh air, and adjusting your diet will help equally as much.
You might lose some weight initially, but your body will soon get used to it. Weight loss is mostly about what you eat and without a healthy diet low in calories and high in nutrients the weight won’t keep coming off.
You could definately lose weight but the amount of weight also depends on what other changes you make and how much you weigh currently. Heavier people require more calories burned in order to walk for 30 minutes than a thin person. Potentially, you could safely lose 1-2 lbs or week (sometimes more or less, depending on the factors above) meaning about 12-24 lbs for 3 months.
The important thing is to stick to it.
