I’ve been trying to lose weight recently. I’ve been really healthy, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and doing excercise, but my weight never goes down it just stays the same. So i considered weight loss pills. Is it true that after you stop taking them you’ll put on weight like crazy? Are they bad for you? I just want to know if its true that you gain weight when you stop taking them, as i dont want to be taking them for the rest of my life. Any info on this would be great. Thanks!

I need to loose fat from my mid section, but also my thighs and arms. I excercise 4-6 days a week for about 2 hours each day. I eat a healthy diet with whole grains, lean meats, vegetables and fruits. I really want to loose this belly fat because I KNOW I have abdominal muscles under it. I just can’t seem to loose it. Please help me.

I’m 29, I’m 5′2”. In the past 2.5 weeks i have lost 11 pounds and now weigh 205. I have already noticed a little skin sag.
I reviewed the other questions on this topic. I want to know if it is necessary to stick to the regiment of 2 pounds max per week for weight loss or it’s alright to lose more if you’re doing higher intensity exercises like swimming, running, bicycling.
I’ve been losing weight so fast b/c i’ve cut down on how much food i’ve been eating, working out multiple times a day and cutting down on sleep ( i was sleeping too much previously).
would collagen in skin spring back faster if i lose weight at the slower rate of 2 lbs per week?
even if i lose weight faster than the 2 lbs, and lose weight at the 1 lb/ day as i am now, will my skin shrink to normal eventually? (i hope to lose at least 70 more lbs) i’m willing to lose weight 2lb/wk. i gained this weight of 65 pounds over the past year. i haven’t had it for very long. is my skin resilient? be honest.

I want to make a soup and I need some ideas for healthy, nutrional, antioxidant-rich vegetables to put in it that will aid in weight loss. Recipes are welcome too!

I have been trying to loose weight for a while I started eating more fruit and I don’t need tips on how to loose weight. I eat healthy except I can’t help but love chocolate and sweets. Any idea how to get around this? I am also really broke, actually my bank account is negative right now so a cheap healthy snack that can help me curb my drooling for chocolate and sweets.

I’ve decided to lose about 50 lbs by the time the summer is over and so far I’m making great progress. I started my diet a little over a month ago and have already lost 14 lbs. I joined the gym. I go at least 4 times a week. Usually every day though unless another plan interrupts my schedule. I am watching what I eat. I have cut my calories significantly and even started keeping a food diary, in which i also keep track of my exercise. I bought a pedometer and count me steps, basically I’ve improved my way tremendously since the year started. My question now is in regards to those infamous "weight loss pills". I would like to add something to increase my energy, boost my metabolism, and just speed up the process. I am kind of in a hurry because I am planning a vacation and would like to possibly complete this before my initial plan. But how can you trust anything out there, really? Has anyone taken anything that they were satisfied with? Or does anybody have any tips in general?
I tried the Slimquick, I even tried TrimSpa, but stopped taking them soon after. Trimspa still sits in my closet i took like 4 of them. Slimquick i used a whole bottle of, bought another one, went through half and then stopped because i wasn’t sure if they would interact with medications that i started taking at the time. I can say i was pretty satisfied with the results slimquick gave me. Still I would like to see what other options I have. The cost is also a concern, simply because I’m not rich and can’t afford to spend 0/month on weight loss pills. A friend of mine [body builder] swears by Hydroxycut. But not many other people I talked to recommended it, so any suggestions?

I am getting a tooth extracted and braces fitted a few weeks later.
I’ve worked all year to try and gain weight, and I am facing losing it all because I will not be able to eat whole foods for a while.
Is there any way I can avoid weight loss in this situation?

I am 31 years old. I have two kids and have gained excessive weight after both of them. I had a cessarian with the first and natural with the second. I’m pear shaped so it’s mostly in my hips and buttocks. I have a desk job so I sit a lot and I’m always too tired feeling to work out at night. I’ve been on every diet under the sun to only gain it all back. I’ve tried numerous excersises also. Over the counter weight loss pills or energy pills give me a racing heart. When I do loose weight I get the saggy belly that hangs between the legs when I sit and bend so how would I be able to find out how would be the best way to loose weight effectivly for myself and my body type and keep the sagging away. Please help.

I am a guy approaching my 30’s. I am not skinny by no means. I am average everywhere except for my belly. All of my weight is there. I am considered overweight for my physical size. What is the best way to loose belly fat? I only eat on average 2 meals a day. I exercise 3 times a week, but i cannot loose any size in my stomach area. Why do most overweight guys always have the fat in their stomach area? Is it a genetic thing or maybe caused by stress. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I heard that when you loose weight, you loose your breasts because that area is mostly fat. How can I loose weight but keep my breasts the same size?
