I want to lose 20 – 30 pound by the beginning of November. I need to know what foods to eat. I will be going and walking/running everyday after school as well.
I’m 5’9 i have a large body frame. I weigh somewhere around 190.
The healthy weight range for my height is 150 – 170.
Any tips on how to maximize my weight loss in that amount of time. Thanks.

I wanted to start a weight loss competition this summer in my family, but I wanted it to be fair. For example its probably easier for my 260 pound brother to lose a pound than my 160 pound mom.
So whats is the best way to compare? Should it just be percentage of mass? Should fat be considered? Should i buy a body fat analyzer? Because i guess if someone lost 10 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle, wouldn’t that be better than someone else who just lost 9 pounds of fat?
Just curious what people’s thoughts on this are, i want it to be as fair as possible but with accurate measures of comparison.

I have been taking Prednisone 20 to 30mg a day for around 5 years. I just wanted to know how long after I stop takin it (Dr. orders) wil I start to loose weight and get rid of my moon face? And also will I have to work realy hard to loose weight or will the weight just start fallin off? THANKS.

I am an overweight teen, a 190 pound 15 year old, and don’t want to go on a traditional diet, but would like to make some healthy lifestyle choices to help with weight loss. I’ve heard the second week is the hardest especially because there is little results and not as easy to stick to. At what point will it get easier mentally? Also, when do results start to show, is it a lot of weight loss the first week, then hardly anything the next, then stay at a steady rate after that?

I am 22 and I am trying to loose weight. I have an 11 month old and I have already lost the weight from my pregnancy, but I have additional weight i would like to loose. I am currently going to the gym and eating right, so I can lose a 100+lbs. I am wondering what the best weight loss supplement would be for me. I am working out every day. I weigh 309lbs and badly need to drop it. And feel that 1 lb a week is going to take forever. Thank you for you help.

I am looking for a jump start weight loss video. Any suggestions. I do not want something that is super fast to the point where I will not be able to do it. I am fairly new at excercising and would not like to over do it or else I will not stick to it. Also I am brisk walking 2 miles 5-6 days a week but I would really like to lose belly fat I just don’t know which exercise video is the best. Please help. I am 5’1" and weight 185 lbs. I am not a big eater but I think I gain weight pretty quick cause I starve myself eat once maybe twice a day. I don’t eat breakfast and my lunch is usually around 2 or 3 pm. HELP!

I am aware that the best one would be exercise. I want to supplement my diet which is controlled. I want to take whatever vitamins and herbs will help me achieve the last weight loss of 10 lbs. I gained it after a hysterectomy a year ago- and it’s hanging on.

I heard that doing excersize on our belly wont work it will just make your mussles tones up with that extra layer of fat. Im not fat. I do have a gutt though. I want to loose this. Could running 30 mins per day help me loose this?

I play basketball and I need to be more faster & quicker so I decided to loose some weight,fat and get more stronger. I’m only 15 years old , 5’6-7 and weight 140 lbs.
